		<description>I used to have this problem, now it's better. Being in a management position where I have to work on 100 different things during the day, being interrupted by calls and visitors, I realized I do almost nothing IMPORTANT. So I started with Time Management, and it helped me greatly. If you can organize your time, you can allocate "single task time spans" and focus on just that tasks, putting everything aside. I've built my time management approach around GTD.
Another good hint is "work off clean desk". Less things you have distracting you visually the better.</description>
